Our Community, Coxby's Estates Section III a development of 21 Single Family Homes, with each home situated on a wooded single acre lot, was first established February 16, 1999.
 

We are located on approximately 50 acres of land on the Mayo Peninsula adjacent to Annapolis' South River, and Selby Creek in Edgewater, Maryland.
