The Community of Coxby's Estates Section III, a development of 21 Single family homes, each on its own wooded 1 acre lot, was established February 16, 1999.

 

Our community is located on approximately 50 acres of land on the Mayo Peninsula adjacent to Annapolis' Maryland's South River, and Selby Creek in Edgewater, Maryland.
 

The Mayo Peninsula surrounded by the South River to our north, Maryland's world renowned and majestic Chesapeake Bay to our east, and the West and Rhode River with it's many harbors and restaurants to the south.
 

Situated less than 15 minutes south of Annapolis, Maryland we're centrally located between Baltimore, Maryland and Washington D.C. approximately 20 miles east of Washington's Capital Beltway off of Maryland's Route 214 Central Avenue, our community is in an area rich in history, nearby many of Anne Arundel Counties finest Public Schools, Shopping, and Anne Arundel Medical center, and only 2 1/2 hours away form the Atlantic Ocean and Ocean City, Maryland.
